Donald Lange

Donald Lange is a Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship and the Lincoln Professor of Management Ethics at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business. He is currently a Mercator Fellow at the DFG Research Training Group 2720 "Digital Platform Ecosystems" at the University of Passau, where he engages with interdisciplinary doctoral students on ethical and cultural issues in digital platforms.

• Education: Ph.D. in Management from the University of Texas-Austin (2006).

Lange's research focuses on the intersection of business and ethics, particularly organizational corruption, corporate social (ir)responsibility, organizational reputation, and stakeholder strategy. He examines how moral considerations influence economic decisions and how digital platforms navigate global cultural contexts and public values.

His recent publications address role-based identity dynamics, stakeholder utility, and digital platform ethics. These works explore organizational behavior, ethical leadership, and the social implications of business decisions.
