Martin Gebauer

Prof. Dr. Martin Gebauer is a Professor at the University of Tübingen, holding the Chair of Civil Law, Private International Law and Comparative Law since 2009. He serves as a part-time judge at the Oberlandesgericht Stuttgart and has held visiting positions at the University of Ferrara and the University of Hamburg.

• Education: Law studies at Tübingen and Ferrara; Doctorate (2017) and Habilitation (2024) at Tübingen; Legal traineeship at Tübingen Regional Court.
