Marta Rúa Gómez

Marta Rúa Gómez is a Clinical Assistant Professor affiliated with the University of Navarra, where she works in the Department of Microbiology and Parasitology under the School of Medicine. She is actively involved in the RADIOMIN research group, focusing on radiopharmacy, radionanopharmacology, and translational molecular imaging. She earned her PhD in 2024 from the University of Navarra with a thesis titled Evaluación de nuevos compuestos radiofluorados para el diagnóstico etiológico de la infección protésica articular mediante imagen PET en un modelo experimental, supervised by Dr. María Collantes Martínez and Dr. Iván Peñuelas Sánchez.
