Marsha Riddle Buly

Marsha Riddle Buly is a Professor at the Woodring College of Education, Western Washington University. She holds a BA and BED from Western Washington University, an MA from California State University, San Bernardino, and a Ph.D. from the University of Washington. Her research focuses on literacy assessment and instruction for bilingual learners and marginalized populations in P-20 education. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in literacy education, including ELED 456, 486, and TESL 425.
