Marleen Morris is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Geography, Earth, and Environmental Sciences at The University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC). She co-directs the Community Development Institute (CDI) at UNBC and focuses on community and regional development dynamics.

As Co-Director of the Community Development Institute, she contributes to interdisciplinary initiatives addressing sustainable community development and industry-community relationships for workforce accommodation.
