Markus Staiber

Markus Staiber is a Professor at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences (HfWU) since 2010, specializing in Real Estate Management. His teaching focuses on real estate valuation, mortgage lending, and accounting, with responsibility for the real estate valuation specialization in both bachelor's and master's degree programs.

He also serves as a lecturer at multiple institutions, including the IREBS Real Estate Academy and Sprengnetter Academy. As a member of the German Association for Surveying (DVW), he contributes to professional discourse in real estate and land management.

Prior to his academic role, Prof. Staiber worked as a real estate appraiser in the mortgage finance department of Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG, bringing industry expertise to his academic practice.
