Markus Roth

Prof. Dr. Markus Roth is Professor of Civil Law at Philipps-Universität Marburg, specializing in German and European corporate, labor, and banking law. As member of European Company Law Experts (ECLE), he co-authors major commentaries on the German Stock Corporation Act and partnership law.

Research focuses on corporate governance mechanisms, pension system reforms, and banking regulation.
