Prof. Markus Kaltenborn is a Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Ruhr-University Bochum, and Director of the Institute of Development Research and Development Policy (IEE). His research focuses on health law, development cooperation law, human rights, and social protection systems in low-income countries.
