Marko Huttula

Marko Huttula is a Professor and Unit Head at the Nano and Molecular Systems Research Unit within the Faculty of Science at the University of Oulu. His research emphasizes electronic-level and molecular-scale understanding of materials, focusing on nanosystems dynamics, material behavior, and advanced characterization methods (ex-situ, in-situ, operando).

• Leading the "Physics of green transition" mission as head of NANOMO
• Developing hydrogen profiling initiatives at the University of Oulu
• Heading EU Horizon 2020/Horizon Europe MSCA doctoral programs I4FUTURE and I4WORLD
