Dr. Mark Spires is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Food Policy, City St George's, University of London. His work focuses on interdisciplinary public policy solutions for improving healthy diets in the UK and globally, emphasizing understanding lived experiences of local food environments to inform inclusive food policy.
