Mark Scholtes

Mark Scholtes is a Lecturer at Berklee Online, affiliated with Berklee College of Music, specializing in Songwriting and Music History and Liberal Arts. He holds a Master of Music degree from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music at Griffith University and is an ARIA-nominated and APRA-winning songwriter and recording artist.

Mark is an accomplished professional with a career spanning collaborations with Grammy-winning producers Tommy LiPuma, Al Schmitt, and Larry Klein. His research interests include songwriting techniques, music history, and creative writing pedagogy.
