Mark Murphy

Mark Murphy is Professor and Director of the School of Education at Wisconsin Lutheran College, teaching special education and administrative courses. His expertise covers RTI/MTSS systems, special education accommodations, and educational leadership, with licenses spanning K-12 administration.

Education includes:

• Ph.D. in Special Education Leadership from Capella University
• M.A.E. in Administration and Leadership from Marian University
• B.S. in Elementary Education from Dr. Martin Luther College

Research examines implementation fidelity of intervention systems, special education policy, and inclusive teaching practices. He completed superintendent licensure through a public school district internship.
