Dr. Mark Moss is an Associate Professor in the Department of Foundational Sciences at East Carolina University (ECU) School of Dental Medicine. He serves as Chair of Foundation Sciences and Division Director of Public Health Dentistry. His work focuses on improving access to oral healthcare for underserved populations, addressing social determinants of health, and reducing health disparities through complex systems approaches.
