Mark J. Sundahl is Professor of Law and Director of the Global Space Law Center at Cleveland State University College of Law. He teaches International Business Transactions, Commercial Law, Space Law, and Ancient Athenian Law, and is a leading global expert on the legal and policy challenges arising from the rapid growth of private space activity. Prof. Sundahl also serves as a member of the Commercial Space Transportation Advisory Committee (COMSTAC), advising the Federal Aviation Administration on private-space regulation, and is a member of the International Institute of Space Law.
