Mario Amore

Mario Daniele Amore is a Full Professor at Bocconi University's Department of Management and Technology. His research examines corporate governance, family business dynamics, and the behavioral aspects of strategic decision-making. He serves as Associate Editor for Management Science and Journal of Corporate Finance and holds affiliations with CEPR, ECGI, and ICGS.

His work investigates how ownership structures influence innovation, investment resilience during political uncertainty, and ethical leadership. Recent studies analyze venture capital trends, patent disclosure strategies, and family firm succession.

Professor Amore teaches Entrepreneurial Management and Family Business. He mentors doctoral candidates and has led research projects funded by international institutions.
