Alessandro Minichilli is a Full Professor in the Management & Technology Department at Bocconi University, where he also serves as Professor of Corporate Governance and Family Business at SDA Bocconi. He directs the Corporate Governance Lab and co-directs the eSG Lab focusing on governance and sustainability in SMEs. Previously, he was Director of Research at SDA Bocconi (2017-2020).
His research examines ownership structures, governance design, and strategic decision-making in family-controlled firms, with emphasis on aligning corporate governance with societal challenges including sustainability and innovation.
