Marina Romeo serves as Full Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Barcelona, holding key leadership roles including Local Coordinator of the WOP_P Master program and Director of the Cátedra University of Barcelona – ADECCO Foundation for Workforce Integration of Persons with Disabilities. She leads the Consolidated Teaching Innovation Group GIDC-CAV and contributes to the Social, Environmental and Organizational Psychology research group (Psicosao).
Her research investigates how organizational culture, communication strategies, leadership approaches, and corporate social responsibility policies impact both hard metrics (organizational effectiveness) and soft outcomes (employee commitment, workaholism, job crafting). She employs interdisciplinary methodologies to analyze work-life balance dynamics and workforce integration challenges, particularly for persons with disabilities.
