Marika Sosnowski is a Research Fellow at the Melbourne Law School (The University of Melbourne) and a Research Associate at the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA) in Hamburg. She holds an Australian legal qualification and has published widely in peer-reviewed journals including Citizenship Studies and International Studies Quarterly.
Research affiliations include membership in the International Studies Association, Law and Society Association, and Conflict Research Society. Her public-facing work has appeared in outlets like the New Humanitarian and Middle East Eye.
