Mariellen Fidrych is an Assistant Professor of Experiential Learning in the School of Business at Endicott College. She holds a Fellow designation from Georgetown University, an M.A. from the University of Massachusetts, and an A.B. from Assumption University. Her work focuses on student-centered career management, experiential learning models, and professional development.
Her expertise spans executive roles in association management, events production, budget analysis, and policy development across public and private sectors. She actively contributes to campus initiatives through her involvement in the Endicott College Employee Research Group, DEIB Task Force, and Internship Evaluation Committee.
