Mariah Morris, DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC, is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at the University of West Florida. She teaches online courses in the RN to BSN and MSN programs, serving as lead faculty for Health Assessment, Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, and Care of the Child and Family (seminar and clinical). Her research focuses on childhood obesity and pediatric concussion management.
Dr. Morris has extensive clinical experience including 7 years in pediatric neurology, primary care for underprivileged children in schools, and work on a pediatric medical-surgical floor as an RN. She holds degrees from Florida State University (BSN), University of Central Florida (MSN-PNP), and University of South Alabama (DNP).
