Maria del Pilar Kaladeen

Dr Maria del Pilar Kaladeen is an Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Commonwealth Studies, part of the School of Advanced Study at the University of London. She specializes in Indian indenture to the Caribbean, particularly Guyana, and focuses on colonial writing during the indenture period (1838-1917).
