Maria Mitchell

Maria Mitchell is a Professor of History at Franklin & Marshall College, specializing in modern European history with focuses on gender, religion, and politics. She earned a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and a Ph.D. from Boston University. Her research explores sexuality, religion, and gender in modern Germany, post-WWII women in politics, and Franco-German relations through soccer.
