Maria Michailidis

Professor Maria Michailidis is a faculty member at the School of Business, Department of Management, University of Nicosia, Cyprus. She also holds part-time positions at the Mediterranean Institute of Management (Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management) and Cyprus Police Academy (Communication, Team & Group Work). With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and dual Master's degrees in Psychology, her research bridges business and social sciences.
