Maria Luisa Catoni is a Professor at IMT Lucca and focuses on Ancient Art History and Archaeology. She is also the Coordinator of the PhD Program in Management and Development of Cultural Heritage at IMT Lucca and holds a permanent fellowship at the Italian Academy for Advanced Studies in America (Columbia University), New York. She has been a fellow at the Wissenschaftskolleg Berlin, a professor at Pisa University, and a Senior Research Associate at the J. Paul Getty Research Institute in Los Angeles.
