Maria Drosinou

Maria Drosinou is an Assistant Professor of Special Education and Education at the Department of Special Education within the Faculty of Humanities and Cultural Studies at the University of Peloponnese. As a permanent faculty member since 2002, she specializes in clinical psychology with a focus on inclusive pedagogical approaches for individuals with complex cognitive, emotional, and social challenges.

Since 2000-2011, she held leadership roles at the Pedagogical Institute while maintaining active teaching and research positions at both the University of Peloponnese and Agricultural University of Athens. Notably, she has authored three foundational textbooks on special education practices.
