Professor Maria Daskalaki holds the role of Professor in Organisation Studies at Oxford Brookes Business School, where she teaches and researches in areas such as alternative organizing, solidarity networks, and feminist activism. She is Co-Director of the Centre for Business, Society and Global Challenges and a member of the Editorial Board of Organization Studies. Her research explores post-capitalist resistance, digital work futures, and social transformation through projects like the British Academy-funded study on Social and Solidarity Economy.
