Dr. Chin-Ju Tsai is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Human Resource Management and Organisation Studies at Royal Holloway, University of London. She holds a PhD in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge and has prior experience in both academia (Warwick Business School) and industry (Standard Chartered Bank). Her research focuses on cross-cultural leadership, particularly expatriate managers' experiences in China, and explores topics such as leadership behavior adjustment, employee satisfaction, and strategic HRM in SMEs.

Her research interests span cross-cultural leadership, organizational performance, and workplace emotion. She has also received accolades for her papers at AoM and IAMB conferences.

Dr. Tsai supervises doctoral students in cross-cultural leadership and HRM. She leads the Human Resource Management and Organisation Studies Centre within the School of Business and Management.
