Dr. Emmanuel Tenakwah is Lecturer in Business at Charles Darwin University's Asia Pacific College of Business and Law. PhD from University of Newcastle focused on HRM practice diffusion in multinational enterprises. Research spans HR practices diffusion, cross-cultural management, expatriate studies, and corporate social responsibility.
Teaching experience includes: Human Resource Management, International Business Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Leadership Theory, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Change Management across multiple institutions. Current research projects examine:
- Employee turnover in Australian vocational education
- Management communication in performance appraisal
- AI impacts on education and workforce
- Sustainable water conservation behaviors
