Professor Margaret Hart is a faculty member in the Department of Art at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Her artistic practice explores intersections of female identity, gender, and posthuman feminism through digital art and photography. She employs photo-based collages and cyborg theory to challenge cultural norms, building on the legacy of feminist art. Her work has been exhibited internationally at venues such as Soho 20 Gallery in New York, Mobius Gallery in Boston, and Ansi Gallery in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
