Marcin Gruchała

Marcin Gruchała is a Professor and Head of the 1st Department of Cardiology at the Medical University of Gdańsk, Poland. He specializes in cardiovascular medicine, with a focus on heart failure, lipid metabolism, coronary artery disease, and interventional cardiology. His work spans clinical research, translational medicine, and healthcare policy.

Academically, he earned his doctoral degree in 2000 and became an assistant professor in 2006 before advancing to full professor in 2016. He leads research teams in heart failure and clinical trials at the Medical University of Gdańsk.
