Marcelo Marques

Marcelo Marques is a postdoctoral researcher at the Hertie School in Berlin, focusing on transnational governance, Europeanisation processes in education, and institutional change in higher education policies. He holds degrees from the University of Lisbon and the University of Luxembourg, with visiting research stints at École Normale Supérieure de Lyon and Brunel University. His work explores comparative institutional analyses to understand policy dynamics in education systems across Europe.
