Prof. Dr. Marc-Philippe Weller serves as Vice-Rector for International Affairs and Diversity at Heidelberg University since 2023, overseeing international partnerships such as the 4EU+ Alliance and legal compliance. He is Director of the Institute for Comparative and International Private and Commercial Law. Previously, he held professorships at Heidelberg (since 2014), Freiburg (2011–2014), and Mannheim (2008–2011). His academic career includes visiting roles at Georgetown University, National Taiwan University, and others.
