Professor Marc Fontecave is a Senior Fellow at the Hong Kong Institute for Advanced Study (HKIAS), City University of Hong Kong, and holds the Chair of Chemistry of Biological Processes at the Collège de France since 2008. A member of the French Academy of Sciences, Academia Europaea, and the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, he specializes in bioinspired catalysis for energy applications.
