Prof. Marc Engelhardt (born 1961) is a distinguished German bassoonist and educator. He serves as Dean of Faculty II and holds a full-time professorship at the Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts, where he has led the bassoon program since 1998. A renowned performer, he has played with major orchestras across Europe, Asia, and the Americas under conductors like Claudio Abbado and Leonard Bernstein.
