Mara Mills is an Associate Professor and Ph.D. Director in the Department of Media, Culture, and Communication at New York University’s Steinhardt School. She directs NYU’s Center for Disability Studies and co-edits the journal *Catalyst: Feminism, Theory, Technoscience*. Her interdisciplinary work bridges disability studies, STS, and sound studies, focusing on the histories of assistive technologies and digital media.
