Eleni Mantzourani is a Professor of Prehistoric Archaeology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (UoA), affiliated with the Faculty of History and Archaeology. She has held academic positions since 1981, progressing from Research Fellow to Professor. Her expertise spans Minoan, Cypriot, and Egyptian Archaeology, with a focus on prehistoric art, archaeological survey, and architectural analysis. She has supervised 35 M.A., 16 Ph.D., and 6 post-doctoral projects, and teaches both in-person and MOOC formats in Greek and English.
Education: She earned a Ptychion (4-year BA) from UoA, followed by a M.A. and Ph.D. in Prehistoric Archaeology from the University of London.
