Manesha Peiris

Manesha Peiris is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Manager for Project and Engineering Management at the University of Sunderland in London, where she has taught postgraduate business courses since mid-2021. With 15+ years of academic experience across the UK and overseas, she specializes in feminist pedagogy and inclusive education practices.

Her research focuses on entrepreneurship through an intersectional feminist lens, particularly examining non-Western women entrepreneurs in emerging economies.
