Anju Maharjan

Dr Anju Maharjan is a Lecturer in International Business at the Executive Business Centre, Faculty of Business, University of Greenwich. She previously held academic roles at London School of Science and Technology (LSST) and the University of the West of Scotland, London, as an Associate Lecturer.

• MBA in Business Management, University of Sunderland, UK
• BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance Management, University of Sunderland, UK
• Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education, UK

Research Interests: Anju's research centers on ethnic and women entrepreneurship, particularly focusing on Nepalese women entrepreneurs in the UK. She explores motivations, challenges, and support systems, while contributing to pedagogy research and consultancy projects for UK SMEs.

Teaching and Professional Background: Anju has extensive teaching experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing, accounting, finance, and research methodology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Prior to academia, she worked as an accountant and engaged in entrepreneurial activities through her family business in the UK.
