Mallory Choudoir

Mallory Choudoir is an Assistant Professor at the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at NC State University. As a Soil Microbiome Extension Specialist, her work focuses on leveraging microbiome-centered solutions to enhance climate resilience in agroecosystems.

Research interests include:

• Microbial dynamics in soil-plant-microbe interactions
• Responses of soil microbiomes to land use and climate change stressors
• Application of molecular sequencing approaches
