Magdalena Swatowska

Dr. hab. Magdalena Swatowska serves as a university professor in the Department of Piano Chamber Music within the Instrumental Faculty at Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz. She concurrently teaches piano at the A. Rubinstein State Music School Complex and serves on juries for national music competitions and Center for Artistic Education auditions.

Her educational background includes piano studies under Professor Wiesława Skrzypek-Ronowska at the F. Nowowiejski Academy of Music, where she earned her habilitation in musical arts in 2016. As a two-time scholarship recipient from the Minister of Culture and Art, she further developed her expertise at Łańcut Music Master Classes under Professor Maria Szwajger-Kułakowska.

Professor Swatowska specializes in piano performance and chamber music interpretation across historical periods, with particular focus on 20th-century repertoire.
