Prof. Magdalena Nowicka serves as an Honorary Professor at Humboldt University of Berlin's Institute of Social Sciences and leads the Integration Department at the DeZIM Institute. Her expertise spans transnational migration, social inequalities, and qualitative research methods. She holds a doctorate in sociology from Ludwig Maximilian University (2002-2005), with prior studies in political science (Warsaw University, 1996-1999) and cultural studies (Jagiellonian University, 1999-2001).
