Madyson Allard

Madyson Allard serves as Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Administration and IPPE Coordinator at the University of Saint Joseph's School of Pharmacy and Physician Assistant Studies since 2022.

Her academic foundation includes a Pharm.D. from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Prior professional experience encompasses a residency at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (2021), followed by multi-specialty clinical work at CHOA and pediatric clinical pharmacy roles in emergency departments and intensive care units at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Research interests center on pediatric pharmacotherapy, emergency department medication management, critical care pharmacy protocols, and multi-specialty clinical practice optimization. Her clinical background informs teaching approaches focused on high-acuity patient settings and interprofessional collaboration.

Professional affiliations include membership in the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), American Pharmacists Association (APhA), American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), Rho Chi Honor Society, and Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society.

As IPPE Coordinator, she oversees introductory pharmacy practice experiences while contributing to curriculum development in clinical pharmacy practice. Her teaching integrates real-world emergency and critical care scenarios to prepare students for complex healthcare environments.
