Dr. M. Kim Saxton is a Clinical Professor of Marketing at the University at Buffalo School of Management and Faculty Director of the Behavioral Research Lab. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty in Family Medicine at UB Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Her research spans entrepreneurship, marketing strategy, vaccine decision-making, and behavioral economics.

- MBA and BS in Marketing from Indiana University and MIT
Her work focuses on market segmentation, startup success factors, and health communication. She has published extensively in journals like Journal of Business Research and Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, with recent studies on vaccine messaging and entrepreneurial resource mobilization.
Dr. Saxton has received awards including the Bantz Community Scholar (2019-2020), AMA Doctoral Consortium representative (1996), and multiple teaching awards from Indiana University and IUPUI. She has secured grants for vaccine messaging research and women’s leadership programs.
