Dr. Luke Gilmore serves as Assistant Professor and Director of Experiential Education at the School of Pharmacy, Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). With over 20 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience including Rite Aid corporate roles and hospital pharmacy directorships at UPMC Kane and UPMC Hamot, he integrates extensive industry expertise into his academic position.

Dr. Gilmore's research and practice focus on advancing outpatient clinical pharmacy services, with emphasis on medication therapy management, immunization protocols, point-of-care diagnostics, and diabetes care optimization.
