Luca Ratti

Luca Ratti is an Associate Professor of European and Comparative Labour Law and Director of the Master in European Law at the University of Luxembourg. He holds a Jean Monnet Chair (2022-2025) focusing on the sustainability of the European Social Model. His research emphasizes in-work poverty, European social citizenship, and wellbeing at work.

• Former Senior Researcher and Adjunct Professor at the University of Bologna (PhD awarded there)
• Coordinator of EU-funded WorkYP: Working, Yet Poor (Horizon2020, since 2020)
• Co-coordinator of W@W: Wellbeing at Work (Institute of Advanced Studies, University of Luxembourg, since 2021)

Research interests span labor law, social security, and interdisciplinary approaches to socioeconomic challenges in the EU.
