Louisa Lapworth

Louisa Lapworth is a Senior Lecturer in Business & Management at the Oxford Brookes Business School, University of Oxford Brookes. She serves as Subject Coordinator for the Business and Management single honours programme and teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her expertise spans nonprofit sector management, public service motivation, and organizational behavior.
