Lorenzo Avanzi is an Associate Professor at the University of Trento, Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science. He teaches courses in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Personnel Evaluation, focusing on theoretical and practical aspects of work psychology and organizational dynamics.
