Logan Woodle is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Visual Arts at Coastal Carolina University. A silversmith and educator, he resides on his family farm in Conway, S.C., and focuses on three-dimensional art in both teaching and practice.

His research explores mythologies of the agrarian South, with a focus on Pewter Smithing, Foodways, and regional cultural symbolism. His work has been featured nationally and in the award-winning book Humor in Craft by Brigitte Martin.
