Logan Arrington

Dr. Logan Arrington is Associate Professor and Interim Chair of the Department of Educational Technology and Foundations at the University of West Georgia. His work integrates systems thinking, failure-based learning, and technology integration.

Education includes:

• PhD in Instructional Systems from Florida State University (2018)
• M.Ed. from University of West Georgia (2014)
• BA from University of West Georgia (2012)

Research explores how systems approaches and emerging technologies can enhance teaching effectiveness across educational contexts. He co-founded UWG's Mobile Innovations Lab supporting K-12 educators in creating technology-enhanced learning experiences.

Teaching focuses on instructional design principles, human performance improvement strategies, and technology integration frameworks. Courses emphasize practical application through project-based learning and design thinking.
