Liv Mathiesen is a Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Biosciences, School of Pharmacy, University of Oslo since 2017. Her academic background includes a PhD from the School of Pharmacy, UiO (1996), and prior roles as Head of Research and Development at the Hospital Pharmacies Enterprise (2012–2017) and senior clinical assessor at the Norwegian Medicines Agency (1998–2011).
